A:OEM & ODM are acceptable for us. 

3Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 40-45 days after deposit receiving.You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PL. And we will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.

4Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free for our standard items, but if customize, we may need charge moud charge if necessary.

5Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A:  30% deposit in advance, and the rest 70% before delivery. 

6Q:Can I get a catalogue of your products?

A:Yes. Please send us a message or request in the form below. We will e-mail our comprehensive brochure in PDF file to you very soon.

7Q: Can you make different packing of door handle?

A: Yes. We can make the packing as follows:

White or color box packing, poly bag packing, blister packing, cardboard packing, etc.

8Q: Can I have our own logo on product and package?

A: Yes. We can imprint or laser the logo on product, after you providing us a logo usage authorization letter, and can print/sticker the logo on package as well.

9Q:Can I visit your company?

A:All clients from home and abroad are warmly welcome!

10Q: Can I place a sample order or trail order? What is your MOQ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample or trial order.

Usually, our standard MOQ is different for each model and each shipment. Please consult our staff.
